Cook Leang Curry Paste with canned or fresh mushrooms, long beans, pumpkin and other vegetables to make a nutrious, quick one dish meal. Season to taste with fish sauce and serve over steamed jasmine rice.

Recipe: Boil 1 can of MaeSri Leang Curry Paste with 2 1/4 cup water. Add 500g of vegetables such as mushroom, long bean, baby corn, pumpkin, hairy basil, until cooked. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.

  •  Mix the paste with water or broth, add vegetables (like cabbage, morning glory, or green beans), and your choice of protein (such as fish, shrimp, or tofu).
  • Marinade: Use as a marinade for seafood or meats to impart a tangy, spicy flavor.
  • Soup Base: Dilute with broth to create a flavorful base for soups and stews.

Preparation Instructions:

  1. Mix: Combine 50g of Maesri Sour Curry Paste with 500ml of water or broth.
  2. Cook: Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Add Ingredients: Add vegetables and protein of your choice.
  4. Simmer: Cook until vegetables are tender and protein is fully cooked.
  5. Serve: Enjoy hot with steamed rice.

Storage: Store Maesri Sour Curry Paste in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 1-2 weeks for the best flavor.
