Ingredients:

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat
  2. Cook curry paste, sambal oelek, and oil until fragrant
  3. Stir in garlic, chili, onion, and lime leaves
  4. Cook until the onion softens
  5. Add coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar
  6. Simmer for four minutes
  7. Add fish and spoon some sauce over it
  8. Simmer until the fish is cooked through
  9. Remove from heat and stir in basil leaves
