Recipe: Spicy Northern Thai Pork with Tomato (Nam Prik Ong)
1. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil, 200 g. ground pork and the contents of this packet. Stir thoroughly until cooked.
2. Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. Stir thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.Serve with coriander leaves, cucumber, cabbage or fresh vegetables as desired.
Optional: For more flavour, decrease water to 1/4 cup (60 ml) and add about 150-170 g. chopped fresh tomato.
