Sour Vegetable Curry paste from Lobo. This is another non-coconut base curry. Sour vegetable curry paste gives little sour taste and spicy. Mostly cooked with fish and any vegetables like cabbage, radish, broccoli, etc. Sour vegetable curry paste is good for those who want dietary dish. Cooking instruction is on the package. Come in 2 packs. Ingredients: Shallot, chili, salt, shrimp paste, prawn powder, malic acid, wild ginger. Weight: 1.76 oz. Product of Thailand.

Ingredients

Sour Vegetable Curry Paste 50 gram.
Recipe: Kang Som
1. Prepare 200 g. fish or shrimp, cook one half and blend with the contents of this packet.
2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml.) water. Add the blended curry paste and bring to a boil.
3. Put remaining cooked fish or shrimp and vegetables such as chinese cabbage, long beans, papaya and radish. Bring to a boil.
4. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
